Moon Energies


Yoghurt

This is how a whole subcontinent makes yogurt- all of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and other South Asian yogurt eating countries. You don’t need complicated jars or extra vessels. Just simply boil milk, cool to lukewarm temperature, add in live yogurt cultures, mix and set over night in a warm place- DONE!

Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe

Sweetened Condensed Milk 

Ingredients 

1/3 cup boiling water 
3 tablespoons soft butter 
2/3 cup sugar 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
1 cup dry skim milk powder

Directions 
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or processor; mix until completely smooth and combined  
2. Cool to room temperature (the mixture will thicken even more upon standing). 
3. If not using right away transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. 

Simply delicious

Voeg daarby:
1 koppie asyn
4 eiers
Klits deeglik
Kook tesame tot dik.

Kook uie vooraf tot 1e lagie op ui deurskynend is. Gooi by sous en prut vir 15 min.
